About the event
After months of planning and coordination, we are thrilled to announce the official opening of the third phase of the Kalejdoskop Polski MN documentary photography project: Lives in Transition: Journeys from Behind the Iron Curtain.
This powerful exhibition highlights the compelling stories of Polish Americans who immigrated from behind the Iron Curtain, celebrating their resilience and journeys. The opening event will take place at the University of Minnesota Campus Club, bringing together community members to honor these experiences.
The exhibition will also be on display at the See18 Gallery in Terminal A of Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport from May 1, 2025 – August 30, 2025.
Join us for an evening of storytelling, light refreshments, and live music by Half Baked Jazz Combo.
